Our Story

HYAP was founded to empower young leaders, dedicated to grow each batch with immersive training and community-driven initiatives to shape future change makers.

The beginning of a movement

HYAP launched with a vision to empower a small but passionate group set the foundation for what was to come.

With growing interest, the second batch expanded its reach, incorporating workplace visits and a fully funded scholarship for outstanding applicants.
